餐蛋面

Adam got back home from his training and was as hungry as a tiger. I told him there's nothing left unless he dun mind maggie noodles. He's ok with it however wants a different touch. Hence, i suggested cooking him the Hoong Kong style maggie noodles with luncheon meat and fried egg.

Adam's Verdict: The best maggie noodles he had so far. (erm... i wonder izzit cuz he's hungry. lolz...)

Super easy steps to follows;
-Blanch noodles, drained
-Pan fried luncheon, top over noodles.
-Fry an egg till yolk 70% cooked but still watery, top over noodles.
-Bring water to boil, add soup base.
-Serve broth over noodles.
-Enjoy!
