1 bunch dried 梅菜
1 handful garlic
Some pork belly
Salt
Hot boiling water
Method;
-Pour hot boiling over 梅菜 and soaked for 1 hour.
-Rinsed and run under tap water to remove sand particles.
-Drained and chopped into smaller pieces.
-Boil 梅菜, garlic & water for 30mins, add pork belly and salt.
-Bring to full boil, simmer for 1-2 hours and serve.
-Enjoy!
