肉末菜心辣豆腐

A last min decision to cook this dish for dinner tonite. 1stly Adam won't be home for dinner and 2ndly the tofu was freshly bought, so there might be difficulties deep frying them.
Seeing that there's some sweet & sour sauce lying in the fridge, decided to cook this dish instead.

Ingredients;
2 egg tofu, cut into rings and deep fried
Minced pork
Pickles lettuce, chopped
Spring onions, chopped
Sweet & sour sauce
Garlic, chopped
Chili, chopped
Chili paste
Pinch of salt
Oil for frying

Method;
-Fry garlic & chili with oil till fragrant, add chili paste.
-Add minced pork and fry till change colour.
-Add lettuce, sauce and salt.
-Drizzle mixture over fried tofu and serve.
-Sprinkle chopped spring onions and Enjoy!
