Wondering how does spaghetti taste like when being fried in asian fried noodles style?! The end product is delicious.
Y would i haf a sudden though of frying spaghetti in tis way?! Well, its actually that i haf crave for fried yellow noodles but since after all the preparations are done & i realise that i'm without any noodles. I'm onli left with 2 choices, either instant noodles or spaghetti noodles, i decided on the later as it resembles yellow more. haha..... Luckily i didn't make the wrong choice.
Ingredients;
1 handful spaghetti noodles
2 clove garlic
Some shredded cabbage
Some chye sim
100g lean meat, thinly sliced
1 beaten egg
Sauce;
1 tsp chili paste
1 tsp light soy sauce
3/4 tsp dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
Pinch of salt
20ml hot water
Method;
-Cook spaghetti noodles in hot water with salt & oil till done, drained.
-Scrambled egg in 1 tbsp oil till done, remove.
-Lightly bowned garlic, stir in cabbage, chye sim & lean meat.
-When ingredients are cooked, stir in noodles, eggs & sauce.
-Fry till noodles absorbed sauce, serve.
-Enjoy!
