Ingredients;
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 small red chili, chopped
3 small eggs, beaten
Few dashes of ground white pepper
1 tsp light soy sauce
Pinch of salt
Oil for frying
Method;
-Mix all ingredients together except oil.
-Beat well & fry omelette till done.
-Garnish & serve.
-Enjoy!
