Assam chili is very appetising, increase my appetite so that i can eat more. haha... Other than makes 1 increase appetite, it can cover the smell of the prawn crackers if its too oily.
Shallots, minced
Chili padi, minced
Assam paste
Water
Pinch of salt
Oil for frying
1 pkt prawn crackers
Method;
-Soak assam paste in water to make a thick mixture.
-Fry shallots & chili in oil over medium low heat for about 15-20mins.
-Stir in assam mixture, sugar & salt.
-Serve with crackers.
-Enjoy!
