Kailan are good for healt, its lower in calories & fats but oso gotto depends on how its being cook. Best way of cooking is to boil in some water with drops of oil & pinch of salt, after that drizzle with some oyster sauce & serve.
Ingredients;
1 pkt china kailan
3 medium prawns
5 straw mushrooms
1 clove garlic, chopped
Pinch of salt & msg
1 tbsp oyster sauce
20ml water
Oil for frying
Method;
-Fry garlic in oil till fragrant.
-Stir in straw mushrooms & kailan.
-Add water, seasonings & cover with lid for 2 mins.
-Stir in prawns, stir fry till prawns change colour.
-Serve immediately.
-Enjoy!
