Pengarang Trip II

Dad announced to us few days ago that he will be planning for another pengarang trip for the coming sunday.

To me its like "huh? i tot we juz went there last mth? how come again?" Well, cuz ever since we came back from our previous trip, dad & his frens had been telling others about the good food & so, without further ado, arrangements were made & we went ahead with a different group of frens.

This is reali something new to me. Its a mobile fried kway stall.Interesting rite? Its something where we can't find in singapore.Well, i find that i'm very sua ku(like a turtle from mountain,never seen the world b4) haha...everything new to me den i wanna take picture. keke...

This is a new flavour for wrigley chewing gum.Its green tea mint. Something new ya? U noe lah, new things muz try! haha.... as a child(during that time chewing gum wasn't banned in singapore),i onli noe there are 3 flavours or colour wrappers for wrigley gums.

The more things are banned, the more i wanna try or eat it. haha...initially i wanted to "smuggle" some into singapore, but the "kia see" me dun wanna take the risk, so i bought & finished up b4 coming back to singapore. Heng ar!

Wow...red wine! Rem dad's fren, the seafood restaurant owner-uncle david?!?!Yup, in order to welcome us, he served us 5 bottles of red wine.

~Gong gong~i dare not eat seafood with shells.......but i heard that its fresh * tasty, something like sotong!Still, i dun have the guts to try. haha....like i say, kia see lo!
All time favourite~Buttered Lobsters.

Steamed Lobster~Another all time favourite among the "uncles". haha...coz they find that the meat is softer & sweeter as compared to buttered lobster.

Lobster Salad~Specially ordered for me.

Teochew Style Steamed Promfet~wow...the fish is so so so fresh. Juz out of the sea nia! yum yum.....

Steamed Lotus Leaf Bun~~~this is serve with the 扣肉 & braised pig's trotter. Oh...i'm too slow & onli managed to snap a pic of the buns, as for the 扣肉 & pig's trotter, they are already in our stomach. haha....

一品锅~ A special request dish!As it had been raining for the whole day since early this morning, the 一品锅 taste exceptionally yummy & warm on a rainy day.It reali warms my heart & body! ;-)

Oh, finally i managed to buy some goodies from pengarang.~Homemade kaya, 马蹄酥 & 海南佬 coffee.

Didn't managed to do so on the previous trip as it was raining & i was without an umbrella.But lucky me,on our way back to the ferry terminal, the taxi driver brought us to a new shop which sells freshly bakes biscuits.

Well, i dun reali like this shop as it doesn't have much varieties as compared to the wan i used to patronise.Haiz...dunno how come the taxi driver brought me there! This shop onli sells 马蹄酥 & 淡文饼,its known to be famous & popular in that area.Well, i dunno.....as i haven tried any.
