Its been such a long time since i last blogged. Been so bz with work & the upcoming events. I rested the whole afternoon until evening time where i decided to prepare some fried breaded prawns.
This is so simple to prepare. Simply;
-Remove shells & veins from prawns.
-Coat them with a layer of flour,followed by beaten egg & breadcrumbs.
-Deep fried them in hot oil till brown & crispy.
-Serve with mayo dip.
-Enjoy!
