Other than cooking glutinous rice balls in sweet sugar syrup, my other more healthy & special way of eating is to serve them in soya bean milk.
-Add pandan leaves in a pot of boiling water.
-Add in glutinous rice balls, bring to full boil.
-When rice balls floats on water surface, drained as they are already cooked.
- Pour in soya bean milk just before serving.
-Enjoy!
