Well, taiwan muah chee is always available in singapore especially when chinese new yr is round the corner,there will be plenty of stalls selling them at chinatown.
Whereas 太阳饼 is not always available. The very 1st time i ate it was 8 yrs ago, a fren of mine went to taiwan for traning & he came back with few boxes of it.I fell in love with 太阳饼 when i had my 1st bite.
Hmmm.....its fantastic. The crust is fragrant & flakey, & its very light.The
口感 is something like老婆饼 & 碰饼 or rather in between them.
Dear frens, go ahead & give them a try. If u like老婆饼 or 碰饼, u will definately love 太阳饼. ;-pI been telling myself since 8 yrs ago, if i ever have a chance to go taiwan for a holiday, a muz buy back goodie will be my favourite sun biscuit.Too bad, till now i haven had a chance to go taiwan, i always frequent thailand ins tead. haha...
