Simply
-Mix shredded char siew, prawns, onions, chili slices with 3 beaten eggs.
-Add in seasonings like light soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil
-Pour into heated non stick frying pan.
-Cook till its set & brown, flip over & cook till brown.
-Enjoy!
