Dinner @ Pinsi

We attended a company dinner at Pinsi last evening. Well, the dishes were not too bad.Presentation also very nice.

Table setting b4 any dish was serve. In actual fact is we are waiting hungrily for the food to be serve.

Six Varieties Cold Dish Combination~~(salad prawn,popiah,sea clam,pork sausage,chicken chop,gui hua fried egg)

Stir fried fresh scallop with celery in deep fried tapioca ring

Crispy Roast Duck in special sauce

Braised sea cucumber & abalone with spinach

Steamed hong kong style red grouper

Prawn Balls with mayonise mix

Stewed pork belly with buns

The mantou buns

Last but not least,my favourite yam paste with gingko nuts
