Never eaten a coffee pau b4?
Yup, that was wat ran through my mind when i 1st saw this.It was reali rare,as sweet pau like the red bean paste or lotus paste are wat we normally see.
My dad bought some coffee pau for our breakfast.
when the pau was being steamed in the steamer, u can smell a very fragrant coffee smell, and when it was out, u simply can't resist the temptation to give it a bite.
The texture of the pau skin is very light & springy, its not too sweet. The filling is made of red bean paste. Its best eaten when served with a cup of unsweetened coffee during tea break. Yum Yum!
