1 pack of fishballs, deep fried & drained
Some roasted white sesame seeds
Some scallions for garnishing
Oil for frying
Sauces:
1 shallot, sliced
2 tsp sambal chili
2 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp white vinegar
Some sugar
1 tbsp water
Method;
-Place fried fishballs on a serving plate.
-Fry shallots in some oil till lightly browned.
-Stir in sauce & bring to boil.
-Drizzle sauce over fishballs.
-Sprinkle sesame seeds and scallions & serve.
-Enjoy!
