Low calories & low in fat!
1 block tofu
2 leaves of preserved mustard
Some lean meat, cut into strips
Some cherry tomatoes, halved
Some seaweed
Cornflour
Cornflour
Salt
Oil
Chopped scallions
Method;
-Mix lean meat with cornflour.
-Bring stock & preserved mustard to boil for a min. Add salt to taste.
-Add tofu, tomatoes & lean meat.
-Bring to full boil & add seaweed.
-Speinkle chopped scallions & serve.
-Enjoy!
