His new creation is delicious, it would be perfect if there were ladies finger in it.
1 fish about 900gm, chopped into pieces
Cornflour
Brinjal slices
1 onion, cut into wedges
2 tbsp stock
Oil for shallow frying
Seasoning;
Curry leaves
Shallots, chopped
Chili paste
Curry powder
Spicy bean paste
Assam juice
Pinch of salt
Method;
-Dust some cornflour over fish, shallow fry till golden brown.
-Fry brinjal slices in oil, drained.
-Fry minced shallots till fragrant, stir in remaining seasonings till fragrant.
-Toss in fish, brinjal & onion, add 2 tbsp stock & simmer.
-Serve & enjoy!
