I came across an instant dessert while i was shopping at Hock Wah ginseng & birdnest outlet the other day. I bought it out of curiousity as it says "ready in 1 min"
It was truly amazing. Normally when we cook white fungus dessert at home, gotto soak till it expand, double boil till soft & that will take quite sometimes. Whereas instant ones take less than a min after i pour in hot water.

After pouring 1/3 cup of hot water over, i cover with a lid, allowing more time for my extra ingredients to "bloom".
Serve with ice-cubes ,my quick & easy dessert is ready in no time.
