Ingredients;
25 medium prawns
1 onion
2 large tomatoes
1 chili padi
2 clove garlic
1 tsp chili paste
3 tbsp tomato sauce
½ tbsp sugar
2-3 tbsp water
Dash of salt
Oil for frying
Method;
-Fry chopped garlic & chili with oil till fragrant, add in onion pieces.
-Add in chili paste, continue to fry for about 3 mins.
-Pour in water & tomato sauce, season with salt & sugar.
-When comes to a full boil, add in prawns & tomato slices.
-Stir fry till prawns are cooked.
-Garnish & serve.
-Enjoy!
