This is a dish where all of us love since young.Can have it deep fried or boil in soup.
In order to have the crunchiness when u bite, water chestnut is a must have ingredients.
Ingredients;
500g minced pork
5 large big prawns
5 water chestnut
Spring onions & coriander
½ tbsp light soya sauce
Dash of salt & pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornflour
300g wanton skin
Oil for deep frying
Method;
-Remove shells & devein prawns.
-Cut prawns into cubes & mix well with minced pork.
-Season with soya sauce, salt ,pepper & sesame oil.
-Mixed well & add in chopped water chestnut, spring onions & coriander.
-Add in the cornflour before wrapping the wantons.
-Place ½ tsp mixture onto a pc of wanton skin, seal with water
-Deep fried till golden brown.
-Serve with Japanese mayo or chili sauce.
