Crabmeat Stick Parcel
The very 1st time i had this dish was when i was 13yrs old. That was my lst visit to my primary school teacher form teacher's house.To welcome us,she prepared some fried beehoon & fried crabmeat stick for us. Normally,when i prepare these parcels,i will add in a small pc of seaweed to the crabmeat stick.This will enchance the taste as well.
Ingredients;25 pcs crabmeat sticks
50 pcs springroll skin
1 egg yolk
Oil for frying Method;-Cut crabmeat stick into half, roll up in popiah sheet.-Seal edge with egg yolk.-Deep fried till golden brown & serve.-Enjoy!
