
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 chicken fillet
1 handful spinach leaves
1 tsp light soy sauce
Dash of salt
1-2 drops sesame oil
1 tbsp stock
Some roasted sesame seeds
Method;
-Boil spinach, chopped them finely.
-Boil chicken fillet & shred into tiny strips.
-Mix all the ingredients together.
-Place scoops of rice mixture into mould & ipress down.
-Remove & u have rice rolls ready.
-Enjoy!
