辣味干贝丝炒四季豆

I was juz mentioning to dad that its been awhile since we last had french beans & i wanna cook them in a different style as what we normally cook. Oops....actually i'm eyeing on those dried scallops which we juz bought. haha...

Specially requested mum to purchase some french beans from the market this morning as i can't afford the time to the market as i need to go back to office.Reached home at about 3+ in the afternoon & i can prepare the items which i'm gonna cook for dinner.

Ingredients;
200g french beans
2 baby carrots
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp 香辣干贝丝
Oil for frying

Method;
-Remove tips of French beans, cut them into strips.
-Cut baby carrots into sticks.
-In a heated wok, fry minced garlic till fragrant.
-Add carrots, fry for 3 mins.
-Add in French beans, fry till cook.
-Stir in 干贝丝 & serve.
-Enjoy!
