"Authum" passed & its time for "Spring". Previously i did some authum puffs & rolls, now its spring roll's time. Deep fried spring rolls has always been our family's all time favourite, especially dad. He loves to eat fried spring rolls with fried bee hoon. So party style of food rite? haha....
Popiah wrapping; Simply lay some fillings on top of a popiah skin, fold up bottom layer, fold left over right, roll up the whole thing, seal the edge with beaten eggs or thick flour batter.Deep fried till golden brown and serve.
As for the fillings ingredients, all u need is some shredded turnip,carrots,tau kwa & dried shrimps. Fry everything together, season to taste.
