花旗参花胶甜汤

The usual way of cooking 花胶 in my family is being cook the sweet way. Oh yes, this time round i added American ginseng to enhance the taste a little and glad that Dad love it.

Ingredients;
花胶 1 serving
5 red dates
8 dried longans
Few flakes of American ginseng
Water
Rock sugar

Method;
-Wash and clean 花胶 thoroughly, cut into bites sizes.
-Soak with hot boiling water for 5 mins, drained.
-Place 花胶 with the remaining ingredients into a boiler.
-Add water and double boil for 2 hours.
-Enjoy while hot.
