莲藕炒饭

I promised Adam last nite that I will prepare fried rice for his breakfast. Since today I'm not required to go for class today, as promised i woke up as early as 8am to prepare for him b4 he goes for his training.
Fried rice for breakfast?! Seems very heavy ya, lucky Jesper shared with Adam, otherwise they can't finish.

Ingredients;
1 section lotus roots, diced and blanched
2 medium prawns, remove shell and veins, diced
Few stalks of spinach, cut into 1 cm width
1 egg, beaten
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup cooked rice
Pinch of salt
1 tsp homemade chili paste
Oil for frying

Method;
-Scrambled beaten egg with oil, push to side of the wok.
-Fry garlic in oil till fragrant, stir in spinach stem.
-Toss in rice, lotus roots and spinach leaves.
-Add seasonings and prawns.
-Fry for about 2 mins, serve.
-Enjoy!
