Bird's Nest Drink

Ever since the close down of kovan hawker center, there's no other place i can find bird's nest drink, especially when i can seem to find a pasar malam to satisfy my crave. I decided to prepare my own version and chille a big bottle in the fridge, so that i can get to enjoy as and when i wanna drink, especially on super humid weather these days.

Ingredients;
Agar agar strips
Screwpine leaves
Yellow rock sugar
Water
Ice-cubes

Method;
-Soak agar agar strips in water water for an hour.
-Drain and chopped.
-Boil screwpine leaves in water, add rock.
-When dissolved, stir in agar agar and off heat.
-Let cool, add ice-cubes.
-Enjoy!

Cool treat on a hot sunny day.
