2 pcs firm tofu (tau kua)
1 small onion, wedged
1 stalk spring onion, shred
Oil for frying
Some roasted sesame seeds
Sauce,
1 tsp chili paste
1/2 tsp tom yam paste
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp sweet sauce
1/2 tsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp water
Method;
-Cut each pc of firm tofu into 8 pcs, deep fried in hot oil. Drained.
-Fry onion till fragrant, add in sauce and bring to boil.
-Toss in fried beancurd and spring onion.
-Serve and sprinkle sesame seeds over.
-Enjoy!
