Meat Patties in Fish Maw

Yeah....i'm looking forward to my trip tomolo. I organised a 1 day pengarang & JB makan cum shopping trip. I'm so excited! haha....been
so bz recently, as other than tis event, there's a annual cny dinner coming up on 16th jan. haiz....
Since most of the tings for my trip had been settled, i have some spare time & so i decided to cook the fish maw which i bought last week.

Ingredients;
3 extra large fried fish maw tube
220g minced pork
3 large prawns, minced
5 water chestnut, chopped
2 baby carrot, chopped
3 mushroom, chopped
½ tsp light soy sauce
½ tsp chicken stock powder
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp cornflour
A bunch of 小白菜, boiled
80ml mushroom water
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tbsp sugar
Cornflour water

Method;
-Soak fried fish maw in hot water till soften, gently squeeze out excess water.
-Marinate all the minced & chopped ingredients with light soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken stock powder & cornflour.
-Fill the fish maw tube with meat mixture.
-Steam on high heat for 15-20mins or till cooked.
-Prepare sauce by boiling mushroom water with oyster sauce & sugar, thicken with cornflour water.
-Cut fish maw tube into thick slices, drizzle sauce over, serve with greens.
-Enjoy!
