Crunchy Potato Balls

I've been wanting to try this recipe out since sometimes back, but was reali bz with events.
In order to clear some space to stock up other food for CNY, i decided to prepare Crunchy Potato Balls.

Ingredients;
1 large potato, boiled & mashed
2 slices carrot ham, diced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt & pepper
Some crushed cornflakes

Method;
-Mix all the ingredients except cornflakes.
-Roll potato mixture into 1 inch size balls & roll onto cornflakes.
-Freeze potato balls till firm.
-Deep fried till golden brown.
-Alternatively, can baked them at 220ºC for 20 mins or till brown.
-Enjoy!
