100g minced pork
1 bunch red spinach, chopped
2 water chestnuts, chopped
Salt
Light soy sauce
Cornflour
Oil for greasing
Sauce;
Stock / Water
Oyster sauce
Cornflour mixture
Wolfberries
Method;
-Mix all the ingredients for meatballs together.
-Roll into 1.5 inch balls and place onto a greased plate.
-Steam for 5-8 mins or until balls are cooked.
-To prepare the sauce, boil stock and wolfberries for 3-5 mins.
-Season to taste, thicken with cornflour mixture and drizzle over balls.
-Garnish & serve.
