翡翠丸子

It's time to start eating more veggie and cut down on meat. Just by looking on the menu for tonite, it won't be long cuz i do agree that by replacing different kinds of veggie in a "supposed to be meat" dish is a super great idea. If put in more effort and creativity, i'm sure it will be accepted by our "carnivorous" brothers. (",)

Ingredients;
100g minced pork
1 bunch red spinach, chopped
2 water chestnuts, chopped
Salt
Light soy sauce
Cornflour
Oil for greasing

Sauce;
Stock / Water
Oyster sauce
Cornflour mixture
Wolfberries

Method;
-Mix all the ingredients for meatballs together.
-Roll into 1.5 inch balls and place onto a greased plate.
-Steam for 5-8 mins or until balls are cooked.
-To prepare the sauce, boil stock and wolfberries for 3-5 mins.
-Season to taste, thicken with cornflour mixture and drizzle over balls.
-Garnish & serve.
-Enjoy!
