Singapore Chili Crab

A famous local dish which makes every Singaporean increase heartbeat. Well, Singapore is known for being a food city. Other than Durians, Singapore Chili Crabs is 1 which has a WOW effect. And i make every of our family members has a WOW effect for dinner.

Ingredients;
3 medium crabs
4 shallots, chopped
1 garlic, chopped
2 chili padi, chopped
2 slices ginger
2 tbsp homemade chili paste
1 tsp chili paste
Some tomato ketchup
Sugar
Pinch of salt
3 eggs, beaten
Oil for frying

Method,
-Fry shallots till fragrant, add chili & garlic continue to fry for 5 mins b4 adding in chili paste.
-Toss in crabs & ginger, fry till seafood almost cook.
-Add homemade chili paste, salt, sugar & ketchup.
-When mixture is watery, add in beaten eggs & toss well.
-Sprinkle cilantro or scallions over.
-Serve with fried/baked mantou.
-Enjoy!
