乌梅茶
I once heard from a HongKong lady that it is a very shiok feeling to drink plum tea on a hot day. She used to cook it every summer when she was in HongKong. Come to think of it, since weather these days are super hot, i decided to cook plum tea & let it cool.
Icy plum tea for a hot afternoon.
Ingredients consist of:Dried plumsDried haw berries slicesGam chouDatesRock sugarDried rosalleMethod;-Boil gam chou, dried plums & dates for 5-10mins.-Add the remaining ingredients, add rock sugar to taste.-Serve chilled.-Enjoy!
