乌梅茶

I once heard from a HongKong lady that it is a very shiok feeling to drink plum tea on a hot day. She used to cook it every summer when she was in HongKong. Come to think of it, since weather these days are super hot, i decided to cook plum tea & let it cool.

Icy plum tea for a hot afternoon.

Ingredients consist of:
Dried plums
Dried haw berries slices
Gam chou
Dates
Rock sugar
Dried rosalle

Method;
-Boil gam chou, dried plums & dates for 5-10mins.
-Add the remaining ingredients, add rock sugar to taste.
-Serve chilled.
-Enjoy!
