1/2 pumpkin
Pork belly
Dried mushroom, soak & slice
Dried shrimps, soak & drain
Rice flour
Stock/ water
Shallots, thinly sliced
Garlic, minced
Pinch of salt
Msg
Oil for frying
Method;
-Remove seeds & skin of pumpkin, grate & set aside.
-Fry shallots till golden browned, drained.
-Fry garlic & dried shrimp till fragrant, add mushroom & pork belly.
-Add pumpkin, seasonings & some stock.
-Mix rice flour & water together to form batter.
-Pour batter into the ingredients, mix well & cook for bout 3 mins or until mixture becomes lumpy.
-Transfer mixture onto a greased tray.
-Steam on high heat till cook.
-Leave to cool, cut & serve with fried shallots.
-Enjoy!
