Lunch Today! 餐蛋面﹐午餐肉丁 面

What's for lunch? Hong Kong style instant noodle soup serve with fried luncheon meat, fried egg and greens. That was a special request from Adam & Jesper.

Alright, I shall fulfill their request. As for me, i shall have a self-invent 午餐肉丁 面. How do I prepare the 午餐肉丁?

Well...
Step 1: Diced luncheon meat, pan fried with little oil till crispy.
Step 2: Drained on kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
Step 3: Fry spicy bean sauce till fragrant, add home-made chili paste, ketchup and some water.
Step 4: Add luncheon meat and fry till gravy thicken.
Step 5: Serve over blanched noodles, braised tau kee & veggie.
