Salad Chicken

I remembered eating tis dish some somewhere recently & decided to cook my own version as its reali simple. The taste is great & in fact, serving salad over fried food is something new & refreshing. At least the overall taste is not too oily.

Ingredients;
2 chicken drumsticks with thighs
2 tbsp chicken powder
1 tbsp cornflour
Oil for frying

Salad ingredients;
Cucumber, diced
Red apple, diced
Tomato, diced
1 tbsp fat free yoghurt
2 tbsp mayo light

Ingredients;
-Remove skin & bones from chicken, using side of chopper, hit the chicken lightly to flatten them.
-Mix cornflour & chicken powder together, coat chicken cutlets with the powder & deep fried till golden brown.
-Mix all the ingredients for salad together, cut chicken cutlet into pieces, serve with salad.
-Enjoy!
