Iced Gui Ling Gao Dessert with Honey

Uncle Oor gave our family some pure honey where he purchased during his holiday trip recently. He bought them direct from the bee farm & the best thing about these honey is that u gotto dissolve them in either room temperature water or cold water.
If its being dissolve is hot or warm water, it will turn sour & riun the honey.
I used some instant gui ling gao powder to make some gui ling gao dessert. When they set, cut into cubes, serve on crushed ice & drizzle some honey over.Its a cool dessert & is great for someone with a sorethroat like mi! haha....
