180g cauliflower
4 fresh oyster mushrooms, halved
1 baby carrot, strips
4 medium prawns
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp water
Method;
-Remove shell & veins from prawns.
-Cut cauliflower into small forests.
-Heat oil in wok, fry garlic till fragrant.
-Add carrots, fry for a min.
-Add cauliflower, fry till soft.
-Add seasonings, water, prawns & oyster mushrooms.
-Cover with lid for about 3 -5 mins.
-Serve.
